⚖️ Terms & Conditions
- Payment Terms
A 50% advance payment is mandatory before the project begins. The remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery. Full access, files, or live deployment will not be provided until complete payment is received. - Project Timeline
The project timeline depends on the timely submission of all required content (logo, text, images, information, etc.) from the client. Any delay in providing content or feedback may result in an extension of the delivery timeline. - Scope of Work
The project will be limited to the features, functionalities, and pages mentioned in the proposal or invoice. Any additional work, features, or changes beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately. - Revision Policy
Limited minor revisions (such as text or image adjustments) will be provided after the initial delivery. Major design changes, layout modifications, or new feature requests will incur additional charges. - Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing all necessary content, accurate information, and access credentials on time. The developer will not be responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or late submissions. - Third-Party Changes
Once the project is delivered, any modifications made by the client or third parties that result in errors or issues will not be the responsibility of the developer. - Delivery & Deployment
The website will first be developed on a temporary server or subdomain for review and approval. After final approval from the client, it will be deployed to the live domain. - Support & Maintenance
Free technical support will be provided for a limited period after delivery. Any support, updates, or maintenance required after this period will be charged separately. - Security & Backup
Basic security and backup systems will be implemented. However, the developer is not responsible for future issues such as hacking, data loss, server problems, or third-party conflicts. - Additional Work Charges
Any new features, design changes, or additional work requested after project completion will require a separate quotation. - Project Cancellation
If the client cancels the project after work has begun, the advance payment is non-refundable. Additional charges may apply based on the work already completed. - Ownership & Access
Full ownership and access to the website will be transferred only after full payment is completed. Until then, the developer retains ownership rights to the project. - Recommendation
For better security, performance, and stability, the client is advised to consult the developer before making any changes to plugins, themes, or code.
